How to get your discount

We MUST be able to find you in our computer system. If you haven’t been here for a very long time, you may need to start over.  We may have staff that are new and were not here to meet you back in the day.  But remember, it only takes once!

IF YOU ARE BOOKING ONLINE (mvlresort.com only):
Your rate will already show the Best Available Rate; We may be running a temporary discount that might be even lower.  There is NOT a promo code for our LOYAL guests.

• You can copy and paste the following line into the COMMENTS box when making your reservation:
  • I’m a LOYAL guest! Please check for my FAMILY discount!
  • Or, type in “LOYAL”. We’ll know to look for your discount.
• A Guest Services Agent will check our records to ensure that you are in our system and make sure that you get the best rate are offering AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING.
• You will receive a new reservation confirmation if the rate was lowered.  If not, you’ll receive a friendly email to let you know that we’ve checked and that you’ve received the BEST discount available at the listed price.
