Fine Print (expiration, blackout dates, etc.):
- Limit 2 per customer: up to 2 ADDITIONAL vouchers may be purchased as gifts.
- Only valid for stays between Jan 2, 2022 – May 12, 2022
- Blackout dates: Winterfest weekends: 1/14/2022, 1/15/2022, 1/21/2022, 1/22/2022.
- Suite and Kitchenettes may be available as upgrades (based on availability).
- Voucher must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Sales and lodging tax are due at time of arrival. (Eventbrite ticket & service fee is included in ticket payment and is not part of “paid value” of voucher.)
- Rooms are subject to availability and reservations are required.
- New reservations ONLY: not valid for group blocks.
- Voucher must be used in one stay.
- Incidental charges are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Registering guest must be 21 years of age or older.
- Guests must have a valid CC at time of reservation.
- Valid credit card and photo ID are required by guests upon check-in.
- Voucher is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation within the cancellation period will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
- No refund for early departure or items not used during stay. Refunds will not be given and voucher may be subject to forfeiture. Dates of reservation may be changed up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
