1. Lake Chelan Golf Course

Our first recommended spot on the list is Lake Chelan Golf Course. 

This green slice of heaven is one of the local favorite spots to play when visiting Lake Chelan and is located just 13 minutes away from The Lodge. One of the best features of this course is that it’s great for golfers of all ability levels. So whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, something is waiting for everyone here.

The complete course is 18 holes and overlooks the beautiful crystal blue water throughout much of the property. The course is always in excellent condition. Most of the greens are elevated and fast during the summer season.

2. Alta Lake Golf Resort

Next up on our list of golfing gems around Lake Chelan is Alta Lake Golf Resort.

Be sure to grab your big dogs because this course is a bit more on the challenging side. But don’t let that discourage you. This is still a great place for amateurs and experienced players alike.

There are 18 holes total on this course, and it comes complete with long fairways, fast play during the summer season, and absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains and landscape throughout your entire experience.

3. Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course 

Get ready for another amazing spot that overlooks the glistening water of Lake Chelan. Welcome to Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course.

This is another 18-hole golf course that comes complete with long fairways, fast greens, and a fun atmosphere. However, it’s considered to be a bit more challenging for players due to several blind holes and elevation changes. 

This course also comes complete with a putting green and a driving range for those that like to practice before teeing off.

4. Desert Canyon Golf Resort

This next spot is another one of our favorite locations: Desert Canyon Golf Resort.

This 18-hole course will leave you speechless after one step onto the green. It’s quite spread out, so we recommend getting a golf cart. This course is always well maintained and is considered to be a bit more on the difficult side with blind hole shots, elevation changes, and wind obstacles that can make your game more challenging.
