Meet Shannon Smith!  Shannon is MVLR’s newest staff member.  Her official title is Guest Services Agent and you will see her beautiful, smiling face at the Front Desk.  AND, from all this writer can tell, Shannon will take excellent care of you!

Shannon and her husband, Scott, recently moved to Manson full-time after retiring from the Arlington area where they raised their kids and shared their “previous” life.  Although the move is new, Scott has been part of the Lake Chelan family since he was a kid and Shannon followed after him.  They have 3 beautiful, now adult, kids and one darling granddaughter that turned 1 on Thanksgiving.  In that “previous” life, Shannon was a businesswoman turned Salon Artiste.

Shannon lives for her family and friends!  She spends all the time she can just lovin’ on her peeps and having a great time.  You’ll find her out and about in many ways.  She loves camping, boating, and SPORTS… and everywhere she goes seems to bring out the smiles and happy people.

Shannon and Scott are both looking forward to being a big part of the community here and spending lots of time volunteering and getting to know people.  But don’t let that beautiful smile fool you!  Shannon is smart and capable and doesn’t let the little things fall through the cracks.  I am certain that you will find your reservation cared for in the most professional way AND you find a new friend for life in Shannon.

Now, doesn’t all that information just make it seem like she’s a perfect fit here at Mountain View Lodge?!  We certainly think so!
