For many years we have offered a cold continental breakfast with waffles during the off-season at Mountain View Lodge. This year, before the covid-19 pandemic, we had decided to extend our breakfast into the summer season and offer it year-round.

After first being shut down completely, then working with the Coffee Cabin for a bit, we came up with a plan to ensure breakfast right here at Mountain View Lodge.  We decided to change to a simple grab and go breakfast for each one of our guests. We are providing a fresh muffin (or other pastry), a juice box and bottle of water so you can get a quick calorie jump start on to your day without having to leave.

Our night shift, or as we like to refer to them as “M” team, has been hard at work preparing all of these delicious meals for you the night before to ensure their freshness and quick availability for our guests as soon as the office opens at 8 o’clock. Guests can come in anytime between 8 and 10 AM and breakfast will be out and ready to “grab.” For guests departing early in the morning before the office opens up, make sure to come down to the office before bed and we will send breakfast with you, so you don’t have to miss it.

We are always looking for ways to better serve our wonderful family of guests while providing exceptional value. Our goal is for each one of our guests to feel at home at Mountain View Lodge, even in these strange times, providing the best environment possible to make memories that last a lifetime.
