COVID-19 and our MVLR Family
Dear “Family,”
As we all know, there are a lot of confusing decisions for everyone to make right now. One of those is, “To travel or not to travel?” Some may feel like they need to stay put; some may feel like they need to escape and find some normalcy or family time.
So, at this time, I wanted to update you on how we are taking care of things here at Mountain View Lodge & Resort, and our suggestions.
What we are doing:
If you are a past or repeat guest of MVLR, you already know that we do our best to provide an impeccable property. In addition to our regular procedures, we are following all recommended protocol to reduce the risk of spread of germs including quick and easy registration, only healthy staff showing no signs of possible virus will be on premises, adding extra disinfecting procedures on all regular touch surfaces throughout the property such as door handles, counters, remote controls, phones, etc., and having flexible cancellation policies.
What we are suggesting:
• FIRST and foremost, if you are ill or concerned that your symptoms may be connected to COVID-19, please stay home and call your healthcare provider.
• If you have any questions about what is happening in Washington and how the virus is spread, visit Washington State Department of Health website.
• If you have questions about a reservation you have made, or would like to make, through our website or directly with one of us, please give us a call. We are waiting to serve you.
• If you have booked though Booking.com and are unable to get through to them, please call us directly and see if one of our Guest Services Agents can help you.
We continue to take this matter seriously and wish for the best health and happiness of our staff and you, our MVLR Family.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Kim and Gerry Ustanik
