Alissa Hei, Guest Services
In addition to providing excellent customer service, Alissa is a key part of management and business development with both Mountain View Lodge and our newest adventure, Antheia of Chelan. We are proud to have this intelligent young woman as a driving part of our Lake Chelan team.
Alissa graduated WSU with a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising and went on to develop her business career with Avara Construction in Redmond, Wa. Happily at home here in Manson, she is proud of her lovely family and her 5th generation roots in the Lake Chelan Valley. And we’re sure happy to have her here with us!

1: How Long have you worked at MVLR?
It has been over 10 years since I started working at the Lodge, on and off. 😊
2: What is one of your favorite hobbies?
Being a busy new mom, if I had a few extra hours and it was sunny out, I would be happiest grabbing a glass of wine outside with some girlfriends.
3: What is your Favorite place to eat in Manson?
4: What is one “must see’ attraction in Manson?
Antheia will be the must-see once it’s up and running! Until then, Benson Vineyards is one of my favorites – it’s beautiful and has a great view of its vineyards and the water below.
